Instructions
  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add the mushrooms and sautee until cooked. Add the kale, toss to combine, and sautee until the kale is wilted. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. If desired, adding a little red pepper flakes creates a nice peppery bite in the flavor.
  3. Add the tofu and heat through. Serve immediately.
