  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Add lemon juice. Allow to cool.
  3. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add Jello and mix well.
  5. Whip the evaporated milk and fold into the Jello mixture.
  6. Mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar with butter. Press into the bottom of a 9″x13″ dish. Pour in filling. Chill overnight before serving.

This is a very simple dessert that will be sure to please, especially if you are serving a large group.  I found this one on Plain Chicken and it is really very good.
