Toss vegetables in a large bowl with garlic, salt and pepper, oil and lemon juice

For tender, juicy vegetables, wrap securely in heavy-duty foil. Close the foil tightly. Grill over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turn packet once half way through cook time.
