Who has ever heard of the concept of Beer Can Chicken? Take a whole roasting chicken and cover it with your favorite rub, seasoning well. Open a can of beer and pour out and drink one-quarter of the can. Place the beer can in the cavity of the chicken. Carefully place on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 F oven for about 75 minutes or until juices run clear. I found this short video to give you an idea on how to make it, but you need to be creative with your spices for depth of flavor.
I think I will try this one day. Minus the buffalo part, just cooking an extra 5 minutes and replacing the beer with a vegetable stock. If anyone tries this method, please share your thoughts with us, we would love to hear them!
