Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey breast ground
- 1/2 cup white onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs I used panko
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/2 cup plum sauce warmed, optional
- 2 scallions finely sliced, optional
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, onion, bell pepper, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Knead all the ingredients until well blended. If necessary add extra breadcrumbs to make the mixture firmer. Form the meatballs so they are all approximately the same size.
- Heat the avocado oil to a medium temperature in a large skillet. Add the meatballs and brown on all sides. Cover and allow them to simmer 10 to 15 minutes to finish cooking.
- Place the meatballs on a platter and top with the plum sauce, scallions and sesame seeds. Serve at once with noodles, zoodles or brown rice.
